As you know, I rarely post videos on my blog. There's only been one other video, which was fun and of course, it was a feel-good video.
I hate watching videos online; I always prefer to read an article because I can read faster than I can watch a video. This one is the exception. An article wouldn't do this story the same justice as the video does.
I highly recommend that you take the time to watch this video. I think it will inspire you, cause you to be thankful for everything in your life that is good, perhaps even make you wonder how you can help others more, and finally, remind you that NOTHING is impossible and every dream is attainable. This young man's perseverance and dedication to his dream is intensely heart-warming.

ReplyDeleteI had previously seen this video but was worth watching again.. Thanks
ReplyDeleteMakes one feel bad for complaining about the little aches and pains, doesn't it? We have a guy that works here that has similar disabilites-maybe even a little worse. Mentally he is not 100% either. His Mom and Dad ADOPTED him fully aware of the challenges he would face. He LOVES to come to work, hates his days off. When I follow him down the hall it is like a slap in the head every time that I have nothing, absolutely nothing to complain about and I should be thankful for having a job to come to. Thanks for such an inspiring video.
ReplyDeleteChester's Mom ;0=)
*Tell Ringo that Chester will "fill out" one day if he ever decides to slow down!
Agreeing with Chester - makes you feel guilty about complaints we make over the littlest things.
ReplyDeleteOG: Inspirational video.
ReplyDeleteDJ certainly puts a different spin on complaining and a good one on living life to the fullest without saying impossible. Great video!
ReplyDeleteOh, I can't watch videos online because of my satellite service limits but I do know if you think it, dream it, pray about it, you can do anything.
