Tori Mae wanted to draw a winner, but as you can see, I'm getting no cooperation whatsoever. I came close to telling her "forget it" and using Randomizer.org.
Finally, as I mixed up the entries and let them flutter back down to the bowl, I think Miss Tori Mae saw an opportunity to play a game of fetch. She became interested, but instead of playing fetch, she began to eat the entry she selected!
With a quick grab and save by me, you can still make out the winner's name - Pseudonymous High School Teacher! *applause*
Congrats to Pseudo!
Congrats to Pseudo!
And our second place winner, with the most comments in the sidebar widget, is Smart Mouth Broad from Words of Wisdom from a Smart Mouth Broad -- hey SMB, you've been quite the winning gal lately. Maybe you should play the lottery. Seriously.
Speaking of the lottery, Pseudo won with only one entry. So it just goes to prove that $1.00 can win you millions... ok, this was a free entry and she only won some stamps and other schtuff, but you know what I mean. Maybe Pseudo needs to play the lottery too... maybe we all need to play the lottery! You don't need to spend a fortune to make a fortune. So they say.
Ladies, send me your addresses (suzgarten@yahoo.com) and I will get your loot off to you.
And a big, big thanks to everyone who entered! It was fun, and you know there will be more giveaways in the future on Oz Girl's blog!
Next time I'm using Randomizer.org instead of writing all those names on little pieces of paper... call me kwayzeeee, I know.
Congrats to the winners. I thought being from Ohio was going to be a help. Go figure...
ReplyDeleteI am so bad about entering giveaways - I'm too lazy to follow all the rules and tweet this and blog that and well, u know the life of a retired princess is just chocked full of other things to do. LOL Torie Mae and Trixie Lou - it doesn't get any cuter -- okay well maybe my own EmmaLou is cuter but only by a teensy biased bit. Hugs!
ReplyDeleteI am so excited. I don't win things often. And how uncanny that I win with SMB, who won the random contest at my blog?
ReplyDeleteTori Mae looks like the dog I would love to have. Blue Merle Aussie? I've been looking for a blue or red female on and off for awhile, but we don't have a lot over here.
Thank-you!!
Woot! Congrats to Pseudo and SMB. I give SMB a hard time but only because she know I love her. :)
ReplyDeleteYou have the best giveaways! I can say that because i know first hand. HUGS
Congrats to the winners. Better luck to the rest of us next time! Even when mans' best friend picks I can't win.
ReplyDeleteMan, you guys are making me feel bad!! :-( I wish everyone could have won, really, because I just love giving presents to my friends!!!
ReplyDeleteAww...I'm a late comer to the blog so missed the event. I'll be here for the next and a hearty congrats to the winners. I agree...play the lottery guys...send some of those $$ this way while you're at it!
ReplyDeleteOz Girl, don't feel bad not everybody can win! I never expect to anyway. I just enjoy the look of joy on my friends and family's faces when they get something unexpected. I gave something away today that was needed so badly by someone else whom I didn't even know. I cried when I was told of the need that person had. So see give aways are fun. Don't ever feel bad!
ReplyDeleteWay to go! Congrats to all who won! Trixie and Tori did a great job..give um some treats! :)
ReplyDeleteHaving the dog choose is a great idea!! Those dogs are very cute too.
ReplyDeleteWow - congrats to the winners! And I just adore your dogs!
ReplyDeleteWOOT! I'd like to thank the academy......
ReplyDeleteSeriously, Sue, Thank you so much. I can't wait get my prize (and show it off to MLS) Love ya, Janie, Mean it!
Thanks again. This was fun. And you're right. Maybe I need to buy a lottery ticket.
Tori Mae and Trixie Lou! Too cute! I have a boxer named Eva Jean ... it must be a trend for dogs to have first and middle names!
ReplyDeleteWAAAAAAHHHHH!! I couldn't enter because of stupid IE!!
ReplyDeleteNext time I pass by SMB's neck of the woods, I am dropping by. Maybe some of her good luck will rub off on me.
Seriously. SMB, I need your address.
She is just precious! What a great helper you have!
