Bedbug Update

I just want to send out a huge "THANK YOU" to all who left comments and advice regarding my bedbug letter to Choice Hotels. It just proves what a great community the blogging world can be. You guys rock!! :-)

I am mailing my revised letter tomorrow and will let y'all know if I hear back from Choice Hotels!

    Hi, SG: Our son got the bedbugs during a recent visit to NYC. Decided to google the thing, and was shocked to read about a resurgence of this pest in the US since we stopped using DDT. Go figure. Apparently alive and well, and growing like crazy. Your story is chilling, and a good warning for all of us travelers. Good for you, girl. EFH

    I hope that they do finally fix the problem, just imagine how many people don't know about this, and never look.

    I for one, rarely use hotels, but from now on....
